Dashboard ships with an option for material theme but doesn't install required fonts

Bug Description

When loading the dashboard with the missing fonts, all icons are broken and filled with hex codes. Attached is a screenshot of the top-left menu with lots of the hex codes visible

I've confirmed that changing to python-pyscss=1.3.4 resolves this issue for me on a bionic-queens install, so I'm marking this as a duplicate of the linked bug
