1. As admin user, log into Horizon
2. Select Platform - Provider Network Topology
3. Select from the list of Provider Networks to highlight it eg. group0-data0
4. Select 'Provider Network Topology' panel again

Expected Behavior
------------------
In step 3, expect highlight of the provider network (without errors)
In step 4, did not expect error in horizon

Actual Behavior
----------------
In step 3, the following error is reported in horizon.log
[WARNING] horizon.exceptions: Recoverable error: global name 'api' is not defined

In step 4, the following error appears in Horizon
Error: Unable to retrieve instance project information when reselecting the 'Provider Network Topology' panel

    Fix api import on Providernet Topology page

    The openstackdashboard api was still being
    used so I added it back in
