auto-hide dual monitor only hides dock on one monitor

i have two monitors
I have set auto hide for my monitors
3) What you expected to happen
I expect autohide to work on BOTH monitors

it does not not
autohide only works on the primary monitor
the second monitor still shows dock

see attached screenshot left side

ideally user would have option to auto hide on one monitor and show dock on another
as it is
