Bug Description
Currently snapcraft supports an app adapter which, if set to "none" causes no wrappers to be generated for the app. Add another type "legacy" which covers the current mode of operation: generating wrappers (make this the default). This leads toward a "full" adapter which stops generating wrappers and uses the command-chain instead.
