Bug Description

Contrail API config server only allows to set one admin role and one read-only role through its configuration (DEFAULTS.cloud_admin_role and DEFAULTS.cloud_admin_role)

Finally that feature/improvement is not necessary. It seems sufficient to set only one admin or global read role.
