Bug Description

Out of the box Lubuntu has a dozen of similar themes - all of them white, but no dark theme at all - but this is important for sensitive eyes, accessibility, working at the low-light environment, and maybe plus for a battery (not sure, maybe for some displays).

Windows has the optional dark theme, Mac (from September 2018), Ubuntu.

I believe lubuntu 18.04 come with adwaita, it has a dark themes. Not sure if it comes with arc, arc has also a dark theme (arc dark)
sudo apt install arc-theme

Arc package is ~12MB, from my link is only 1.3MB.

Lubuntu 18.04 by default miss any dark theme :(
