[RFE] add option '--no-wait' or similar to juju destroy-model

Bug Description
It's not unusual for users who are destroying models interactively (using the cli) have no interest in waiting until the operation has completely removed all the resources, so it would be nice to have something like:
juju destroy-model -y --no-wait foo
This will leave the operation running in the background and allowing the user to keep using the terminal for other tasks, they could check if the model has been fully destroyed with "juju models" or "juju status"
