https://review.openstack.org/#/c/578310/ added openshift python dependency. It is not yet available in Fedora.
Resolution: pin at good commit in order to make the ci passing

Hi Chandn, tbh I don't consider this to be critical at all. You've worked it around and as of now you're not even running the tests at all. While this shoulnd't go out of our radar I consider this being critical too much. Can we lower this now?
