Happened toward the end of a fresh install to a flash drive using ubiquity (at least ubiquity said that the installation was done).

Happened twice, on two different computers, using the same Flash thumbdrive.

Didn't happen when using a different thumbdrive and no other individuals indicated that it affected them.

Marked invalid.
