[enhancement] editor: insert image larger thumbnails

Thank you calibre, it's a great program, I use it nearly every day. It has great features such the library, the viewer and the editor.

I have a suggestion regarding the editor. It has a very handy feature called "Insert image", which I use a lot for pictures which already imported into the epub. The thumbnails are often too small for my taste. Often I really have to look very closely to the thumbnails to make sure I have the right picture. It would handy if there's an option to make the thumbnails larger (and/or smaller). I think of a plus or minus sign in the "insert image". It would make "insert image" feature even more handy, not to mention it would be perfect in my eyes.

I also think it would make the editor more consistently. Currently you can change the font size of how the editor looks, but that's not the case of the thumbnail images.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
