The new version of ubuntukylin-wallpapers added the new wallpapers for 18.10.

And it is stored in the PPA:

Hi, I know you must been very busy, but could someone help upload this and ubuntukylin-theme (LP: #1794709) when you have time, These two packages are very important for ubuntukylin 18.10.
