eagle import, Milling layer not supported

Example: sha2017_draft_rev1_0_0.brd from https://github.com/SHA2017-badge/Scarves

There is a cutout on the Milling Layer, which is converted to "Dwgs.User" instead of "Edge.Cuts", which should be the correct equivalent.

Does work anymore with introduced auto layer mapping of the importer:
Version: 5.99.0-8910-g624a231cc0

If manually "Milling" is mapped to "Edge.Cuts", it is ok again.

Please fix it.
