Bug Description

running conjure-up from snap with snapped lxd on amd64 bionic with a previously lxd init'd lxd allows to deploy spells to localhost with lxd.

On arm64 it appears the localhost/lxd provider doesn't detect lxd whether package or snap derived despite it being there and useable on the system.

conjure-up displays:

LXD not found, please install and wait for this message to disappear:

$ sudo snap install lxd
$ sudo usermod -a -G lxd <youruser>
$ newgrp lxd
$ /snap/bin/lxd init

AFAICT lxd is installed and working fine and has other containers deployed:

lxc list

Conjure-up snap also seems very old on arm64 given amd64 has conjure-up 2.6.0-20180705.1607 1015 stable canonical✓ classic

Perhaps this just needs a conjure-up snap refresh for this architecture?
