Hi guys, I managed to have this working (on lubuntu) following https://linuxmusicians.com/viewtopic.php?t=16711

In short, blacklist snd_usb_audio (and get the board listed as US-122L instead of US-122mkII)

lfredo@alfredo-pc:~$ cat /proc/asound/cards
 0 [NVidia ]: HDA-Intel - HDA NVidia
HDA NVidia at 0xdbff8000 irq 23
 1 [US122L ]: USB US-122L - TASCAM US-122L
                      TASCAM US-122L (644:8021 if 0 at 001/002)

Then create .asoundrc file.

And finally run jackd with the following presets

jackd -RP60 -dalsa -dusb_stream:1 -r48000 -p256 -n2

Hope someone find this useful.

Regards, Alfredo
