Bug Description

There are some undocumented assumptions regarding number of endpoints/networks/IPs and virtual-machine names. Let's document them in code and provide checks if it's possible.

Document some assumptions. Add checks.

* Add checks for number of retreived networks, vmis and ips
* Document port association goroutines and containerID.
