When I generate gerbers for a PCB, there is a confirmation dialog, that asks if you want to regenerate the copper zones, if they are out of date. If you click anywhere outside the dialog, the window disappears and I can not find a way to make it appear again. It should be behind the "Plot" window, but that can not be moved and if I click cancel in the "Checking zones" window, it just becomes grayed out. From here the only way out was to end the process in the Task Manager.
