I checked our codebase for the use of NODEPOOL_CBS_CENTOS_PROXY and code looks ok.

What happens is that the sourced file from /etc/ci/mirror_info.sh is outdated, not having the export NODEPOOL_CBS_CENTOS_PROXY inside. Something failed to update the file and likely an older version was used.
