Bug Description
Buildings that need resources but don't produce a ware are missing proper overlay messages when they are switching state from missing the necessary resources to having successful "produced/
I noticed this with the barbarians scout's hut and battle arena. The overlay for the souts's hut said "Exploring not started because ration is missing" (something like that). But the scout was already exploring and the productivity rose up to 100%.

at least for lumberjack and ranger this should be an easy one.
Already found the right spot in worker_programs (missing unnotify_player instruction)
