Bug Description

Suggest to remove help button on Time&Date dialog due it shows error message "could not display help, faild to..."

Reproduced steps:
--------------
1. launch date and time applet from settings
2. Click help button on "Time and Date Settings" dialog.

Current result:
--------------
In step2, it pops up a message box "Could not display help, faild to ...".

This will have to be forked again, so I'm pushing it back

Fixed in 0.44, (and in 0.43 I think), the help buton was removed since we build moblin-time now ourselves instead of using gnome-system-tools' time-admin.

Verified in applets 0.44, "help" button has been removed.The issue doesn't exist, close it.
