Thermal spoke width

If the "thermal spoke width" is less or equal the "minimum width" of the Copper zone is not filled.

If it is right, it would be nice to have something like this:
- A message about this when the mouse hovers the "thermal spoke width" text field.
- A popup warning should be added when closing the Copper Zone Properties.

This is a regression: the 5.0 dialog has a warning that prevent the user to set a too small value.
