icons are too small on 4K display

This problem was solved in previous version but in 0.92 there is again.
I just installed inkscape (0.92) on my laptop (hp spectre 13-af005nl) and I cannot work because of icons... they are too small.
Display resolution is 3840x2160. Please solve :)

@Saverio ping us if problem is solved in development version, is good to konw users/testers with "special" hardware.
Next version has better way to handle icon sizes, so we can fix it better on dev version if still happends.

No, I was wrong... I run always the same file, sorry. In "inkscape-0.92+devel_2018-08-21_d890608-x64" icon are again normal... but settings has some problems. (Some options aren't visibled)

I just do some tweaks to inkscape with a MR:
I hope soon is fixed and improve HiDPI usage.
By the way you can get similar results but with baddest icons setting this enviroment variables in windows previously to run Inkscape.

Still have same problem my system is Macbook 15 retina with Ubuntu 19.04 and Inkscape 92.4. The Icons still very small also if I have setup larger and also the bar for choose the colors it's so much small. In the picture you can see the size of the font it's OK but icons and colors bar isn't.

Can confirm this problem in 0.92.4, and the mouse pointer and (especially) the vector handles are also way too small. It's almost impossible to actually grab the handles to edit them, no matter how much you zoom in.

Hello all. I can confirm that 1.0beta2 fixes this on my Dell XPS w/ 4K monitor! I've installed the fancy AppImage version and that worked out of the box. The previous issue was that changing the icon size did absolutely nothing in the UI.

Change to an executable (chmod a+x filename), run it.

As above, I've also installed the AppImage from https://inkscape.org/release/inkscape-1.0beta2/
and it works amazing! I have a 4k Dell XPS, and so far I haven't noticed any bugs.

Also the color selection tool is to small. The largest icon size is just large enough.
