Disabled Auto-Print Bill Pay Receipt causing Convert Change to Patron Credit, etc. missing from Bills screen

Bug Description
EG 3.0.4, 3.1.4
On Auto-Print Settings, select Bill Pay Receipt. Save the settings.
Make sure library setting, Disable Patron Credit, is set to False.
Load a patron. Go to Bills. The bottom line below the bills grid is missing.
The line includes:
Convert Change to Patron Credit checkbox
Receipt on Payment checkbox and # Copies.
When the auto-print bill receipt is disabled, the Receipt on Payment checkbox just needs to be deselected by default on the screen.

Actually, I withdraw my confirmation - I'm unable to get the line to disappear by changing settings on today's version of main (3.12+). I think this may have been a div nesting problem that was fixed as part of another recent patch.
I'm marking this Won't Fix since I can no longer recreate it.
