Bug Description
Evergreen 3.1
There is an unused column on action.transit_copy (ditto hold transits) called "prev_hop" which refers to an org unit. Since no other features have leveraged this field, I propose we use the field to track when a copy was routed through a 3rd location (presumably by accident). This way users can tell both the source of the transit and where the copy was last checked in.
I also propose a new prev_hop_time to track when the copy was last checked in at a non-destination branch.
No functionality would be linked to these new fields, apart from making the data available to reports and displays (and DB-level debugging).
