ANSI extended characters doesn't display correctly in console

Expected: The ANSI extended characters display correctly

Current state: The ANSI extended characters doesn't display correctly

The extended characters doesn't display on console correctly.
Correctly displayed are only characters DEC 191-197.
The others doesn't display well. Just diamonds instead.
