Bug Description

Ubuntu 18.04

OpenVPN Fails to start after import config from file, ie myfile.opvn

CAUSE
Folder path contains a blank: ~/owncloud/openvpn/My Settings/myfile.opvn

WORKAROUND
Renamed folder to ~/owncloud/openvpn/MySettings/myfile.opvn

INSTALLED STEPS
sudo apt-get install network-manager-openvpn openvpn
sudo service network-manager restart
sudo apt-get install openvpn network-manager-openvpn network-manager-openvpn-gnome

The same problem occures when the path contains characters like "é".
