please drop dependency on obsolete qml-module-org-kde-kirigami

Bug Description

qml-module-org-kde-kirigami was dropped from Debian unstable on 2018-02-24 with the rationale that it is an "old version, no more used" (Debian bug #891162). It is still in Ubuntu cosmic because plasma-sdk depends on it.

If the Debian removal's rationale is correct, we should also remove it from Ubuntu. Please adjust plasma-sdk to not depend on it, so it can be removed.

Merge from debian should fix this, which was on my todo list anyway now debian are caught up with us on plasma versions.
