I think I found the issue.
After making jenkins slaves be started after a failure by https:/ /review. rdoproject. org/r/15821, it turns out that some environment variables used by jobs (CICO_API_KEY and RSYNC_PASSWORD) are not passed on to the Jenkins process.
I have updated the cron job locally and tested it, and the environment variables are now shown on the slave information page. I will monitor the next run to make sure it behaves as expected.
