Bug Description
"A file named "MyNewLibrary.lib" already exists. Do you want to replace it?" warning issued when Export Symbol used. The export completes successfully, but the warning is misleading. The MyNewLibrary.lib is not replaced, but the exported symbol is placed in the new library (as is desirable). This behavior is the same for multiple symbols exported to the new library.
