Cannot remove a tag from a card

Bug Description

When attempting to remove a tag from a card in v2.4-0.1, a GUI error box pops up that says:
Traceback (innermost last):
  File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/mnemosyne/pyqt_ui/browse_cards_dlg.py", line 676, in menu_remove_tags
    dlg = RemoveTagsDlg(self, tags, return_values)
 TypeError: __init__() takes 3 positional arguments but 4 were given
The tag cannot be removed, but new ones can be added.
