Bug Description

Steps to recreate in the Web client using Evergreen 3.1.2:

* Create a record bucket.
* Add ten records to it.
* Delete the bucket.
* Move to the Record Query tab. Note that the Bucket View tab still says that it contains 10 records.
* Move back to the Bucket View tab. Note that the bucket's information is still there, including all of its contents.

I was even able to add some more items to a deleted bucket from the Record Query tab.

I did recreate the issue sort of and was able to add more the bucket; however, when I clicked back on the bucket from record query there is a message No Bucket Selected. The bucket is deleted.

When I tried to add to a deleted bucket from a bib record, the bucket was not in the list.

I see the same thing Jane describes, including being able to add a new title to the supposedly deleted bucket. I never get the No Bucket Selected message that Elaine describes.

I'm still seeing this in 3.12 - I have to refresh the screen in order to see the deleted bucket disappear
