Bug Description
Running on a Dell GX260, 512mb, bios is A05, with an unexpected power down system refused to boot using this kernel: 2.6.22-14-generic #1 SMP Tue Dec 18 08:02:57 UTC 2007 i686 GNU/Linux.
Escaped on reboot to grub loader and loaded 20-16, brought up the system, did a clean reboot, and 22-14 then installed correctly.
I am fully up to date on 7.10 when this occurred.
