Bug Description
When my laptop awakes from suspend, vagrant spikes the CPU. I'm not able to connect by ssh at this point and existing ssh sessions to the guest fail to connect. I have to halt the guest.
Doing a vagrant up (without further provisioning) succeeds.
Because I can't connect to the badly-behaving guest, I haven't been able to debug this at all.
