"Restore Files" text font is too large

OS: Arch Linux x86_64
Kernel Release: 4.14.62-1-lts
DE: Cinnamon
RAM: 1786 MB / 3696 MB
Processor Type: AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 455 Processor
xorg-server 1.20.0-9
When I right-click on the trash applet while there are delete files in the trash the "Restore files" option shows in very large letters (see screenshot). I am seeing the same behavior on my desktop PC and my Dell XPS 13 laptop.
Edit: I'd like to add I've seen this on Linux Mint 19 as well as Arch Linux.

I'm having a similar issue on Ubuntu Budgie. The Restore Files text is very large, and the feature doesn't seem to work when trying to click on either a file or on the Restore Files text.
