Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) start Kubuntu 18.04
2) open Evolution
Actual results:
3) Evolution won't start
4) open process manager (ALT-ESC), find all evolution related processes and kill them
5) open Evolution again
6) from now on, it starts
Expected results:
normal startup
Reproducible:
always on first start after every reboot
No hints from the console.

After some investigation, bug seems to be related with the displaylink driver. It works as expected (program starts on first try) without installed displaylink driver.
