Bug Description

For contrail vrouter, the unit test utility vtest cannot connect to the socket:
Error registering NetLink client: Connection refused (111)

This is due to commit 4955b02654f9aeb6f72a4a0549f4c8ce9f944e2b uses unix sockets for vrouter-agent connection.

Vtest tool need to be changed accordingly.

Fix connection issue of vtest tool

vtest cannot connect to vrouter due to wrong socket.
Change the socket to unix socket fixes the issue.
