[FFU] Upstream CI job failing because of missing newton tht branch

Upstream CI FFU job is failing with while preparing the THT for the overcloud:

    Set newton-eol branch for tht downloading.

    After stable/newton EOL a newton-eol branch
    was created to enable the FFU job upstream.
    As stable/newton branch is not available anymore
    the job fails when trying to fetch newton tht.
    This patch changes the former stable/newton
    branch for the new one.
