Bug Description
sometime VM's metadata IP is not pingable though VM is UP and active.
This is seen even in rerun of multiple test cases.

Hi Alok,
Need more details on the following:-
1) Which test/testcases are failing - details on the steps done in the test case, along with the features enabled, point at which the test fails etc.
2) Is this seen recently ? do we know from which build the tests are failing?
3) Pointer to any test run logs available.
4) Can you recreate the problem in your testbed and give me the setup?
