Bug Description
lsb_release :
Description: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
Release: 18.04
What you expected to happen ?
Boot successfully.
What happened instead ?
After selecting Ubuntu in the grub menu, I am greeted with a black screen that flashes text and the computer reboots. This keeps happening until I edit the boot parameters and add radeon.dpm=0.
I tried to fix the issue by installing a newer version of the kernel and installing the Oibaf's PPA, but the issue persisted.
