You have a flakey motherboard that is throwing billions of PCI express errors and shot your syslog up to 239 mb which makes it impossible to read. I would suggest replacing the motherboard, but as a workaround, you can at least suppress the error messages by adding "pci=noaer" to the kernel command line arguments at the boot menu.
