symbol: Documentation File Name should be more accessible compare to Datasheet field

I found that is it nice to have the symbol link to a local documentation file using "Documentation File Name" text field in the symbol editor. But I found that access to this field seem to be forgotten (much more limited compare to datasheet field). I'm my opinion,

1. it should be accessible via pop-up menu as same way the datasheet field is
2. it should be accessible via Choose Symbol dialog (Shift+A)

The Documentation Field is just an internal variable used to populate the Datasheet field for an alias. This has been made more clear in the UI.

The new "URL" flag of a Field Name Template can be used to add extra documentation fields.
