Service Instance status is showing as Inactive in new UI

While creating Transparent Service Instance v2 the below issues are seen in Services->Deployments Pages

Issue 1:

Service Instance status is showing as Inactive in new UI. But if you check in old UI it is showing as active only. And checked the traffic also forwarding.

Issue 2:
--------
There is no option to edit port tuples in Services->Deployments in new UI

Issue 3:
--------
It is not showing the instance count

We cannot reproduce 1 and 3, we need responses from backend and maybe then we can fix a bug.

Reopen this bug sincee service instance status is not showing active after creating. It came to active only when we removed the port tuple and added it back. Setup also available. nodec59.

issue fixed - underlying cause was that template version now comes as a string, not integer.

Fix is verified in build ocata-5.0-310. Hence moved to fix released status. Screenshot is attached for that.
