Bug Description

In the Web staff client when viewing the Subscription notes (https://localhost/eg/staff/serials/964), the Subscription note Title of existing note is displayed too narrow (only 35 characters) so only part of the Title is visible and notes are unclear. E.g., in attached screenshot the Subscription Title contains the information about a particular academic year that is not visible in the web client interface.

Still an issue in the current version (tested on bugsquash2.mobiusconsortium.org)
