Reproduced steps:
----------
1. Launch screen resolution from Settings.
2. On "Screen Resolution Preferences" dialog, change resolution from 1024*600 to 800*600, on popup dialog,click "Keep resolution".
3. Change rotation from Normal to Left, inverted, or right, on popup dialog,click "Keep resolution".

Current result:

In step2&3, mouse pointer is inaccurate.

This was fixed in 0.25. The touchscreen's coordinates will map directly to any resolution that fits properly on the screen, i.e. without having to be stretched or truncated to fit. Since the samsung is widescreen if you try to apply a standard 4:3 resolution it will stretch the screen and the touchscreen will no longer map 1:1 with the screen. With the 0.25 updates to the screen resolution applet we now only support 1024x600 and 800x480, two widescreen modes, and the touchscreen will work in either (even if it's rotated). All other modes are off limits so this bug should no longer be seen.

Checked the issue in applets 0,25, it is fixed, close it.
