Bug Description

I've installed mint18.3 first ...few months later I installed from scratch mint19.3, today I tried several times installing from scratch (usb image)and in the bios (Asrock z370 prof. gaming) when I went to set the drive to boot from (usb, I already had 3choices..uefi 8.07, uefi partition 1 8.07, and generic 8.07)I got one installed but was so messed up that I had to start over again.I didn't think that installing from scratch would mess with the grub thing...I'm really confused here. Thank you.
