EOG hangs when loading a (possibly corrupted) jpg file

Bug Description

When I load the attached image in EOG, it uses gigs of memory, gets corrupted window decorations, and makes some mouse input in gnome-shell not work. Chrome and the Mac photo viewer load the image and don't bring the system to its knees.

Thank you for your bug report. What Ubuntu version do you use? The file opens fine in eog on Ubuntu 19.10
