password appears in clear after login with gdm3

After having entered my password and logged in with gdm3 greeter, if I type "Ctl-Alt-F1" to switch to the console I can see my password not encrypted in the console.

I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.
