Bug Description

Hi the community,

I'm a newbie using Inkscape and I already learnt a lot by reading the posts here... thanks for that ;-)

However, I'm now stuck with an issue during saving as pdf:
When I save my svg as a pdf, the central logo partially disappears :-(
I tried to ungroup, to remove the masks, I checked in the xml editor but I'm still unable to find out what cause my central logo to disappear.

Here attached are the svg and pdf files.
I really hope someone can help me on this, I already have almost no hair left on my head :-D

Thanks

I'm using Inkscape 0.91, Adobe reader 10.1.15 and Windows 10

attached is an edited version of the svg file, which appears to export correctly.
could you test this and confirm that it works?

there were 3 instances of illegal (singular) transforms of the type
gradientTransform="matrix(0,0,0,0,52.10269,58.048047)
I edited them to read instead:
gradientTransform="matrix(1,0,0,1,52.10269,58.048047)

Hi Alvin,
Thanks for your help ! Indeed, it seems to work now... But right now I'm using a different computer than the one which I had the issue with. so I'll try again tonight or tomorrow. Just to be sure the issue is solved.

Gosh, I would have been totally unable to find/solve that bug by myself !
Thanks a lot

good to hear. I know that I have heard or seen almost the identical bug report elsewhere, but cannot find the reference at the moment.

I am going to leave the bug report open for the moment, because Inkscape should never have allowed this particular transform to have been created in the first place, since it is mathematically illegal.

Closing as part of migration to GitLab, let's track the issue in https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/issues/691 (duplicate to https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1768444 mentioned above).
