Bug Description

The last server errors occur because someone had tried to use a unicode smiley in a forum post.

We should at least prevent the server error and give the user a hint on whats going wrong. Something like: "Your post contains unusual signs. Please remove it and try again."

Maybe better is to allow entering unicode literals. But this may need some changes to the code and the database.

Database reference for Unicode: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/charset-unicode.html

We should try to support full Unicode if Django allows it.
