Python footprint-wizards cause exception on Windows 7 64-Bit

Opening any footprint wizard on the current nightlies causes the attached exception.
The error does not occur with v5.0.0 stable.

@Robert, are you still having this issue? I cannot duplicate this bug with commit 6.0.0-rc1-dev-342-gc851d6d64.
