The image you can get from the tk8.4 package
For example here:
http://www.wesmo.com/rpm2html/fc5/i386/updates/tk-8.4.13-1.1.i386.html

As I understood it the commandline was this:
identify -format %w;\\n%h;\\n%c;\\n -ping /media/sata2/Rune/Python24/tcl/tk8.4/images/pwrdLogo.eps

All the information was present in the first post of this bug report.
